The rules and rights for the return of goods derive from Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and the Law on Consumer Protection.

 

The Seller will exchange or refund the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used and is accompanied by the appropriate Seller's label.

In case of returning the product, it is necessary to contact the Seller to agree on the details. In case of return of the product, the payment can be received back to the account from which the payment was made.

Return costs are covered by the Customer.

 

The Customer has the right to return the product to the Seller, if:

• the product is damaged;

• the information provided in the online store has been insufficient or misleading;

• the product does not comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments;

 

In such cases, when contacting the Seller, the Customer has the right to request to exchange the purchased product for another or to receive a refund of the money paid for the product.

The prevention or replacement of the non-conformity of the goods shall be performed within a reasonable time free of charge.

The seller is entitled to not refund the goods, if:

• the product has been used;

• the product does not have all the original documents;

• the product is not returned in its complete set;

• the product has visual defects;

• the customer cannot show the invoice;

• until the Customer has not returned the product to the online store.
